Ally Sheedy Bio

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, an American actress. In 1983, Sheedy debuted in Bad Boys. Later she joined the Bratpack band and was also a part of WarGames The Breakfast Club Short Circuit. Sheedy was awarded the Independent Spirit Award in Best Female Role in her role in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art. Sheedy was wed to David Lansbury in April 1992. David Lansbury is the cousin and the son-in-law of Angela Lansbury. Edgar Lansbury produced Godspell. Beckett is their son, born in 1994. Sheedy said she has learned a great deal from Beckett.
