Annie Lennox
Annie Lennox, born 25th December 1954 in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson & Thomas Allison Lennox is the name of her parents. Lennox attended Lennox's Royal Academy of Music, London during the 1970s. She was a harpsichord student and flautist piano over 3 years. Lennox was able to live with the stipend she received from her students as she worked part-time. Lennox, while studying in the Royal Academy of Music in London, was dissatisfied in her performance when in comparison to the other students. Then she began to consider other options. Lennox began her career as an instrument player within the band Dragons Playground. She left the band prior to the group's appearance on I.T.V.s talent competition New Faces. She was the lead singer in The Tourists from 1977 until in 1980. In this band, she made friends with Dave Stewart and together they formed their duo Eurythmics. Following that Lennox started working on her solo first album Diva that came out in 1992. In both commercial terms and critically, it was an enormous achievement. Nostalgia Lennoxs six-album solo, released in October 2014 is Nostalgia Lennox. The C.D. Lennox has selected her top blues, soul and jazz songs. Lepidoptera is a collection of four songs that were improvised by piano that Lennox released in May, 2019. The E.P. Her first solo album, which was released in conjunction with her art work in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art, titled "Now I'll Let You Go."
